If you want to have an avatar click on User CP which is on the left hand side above Your Journey.
Scroll down to Your Profile, again on the left side of the page where you will see Change Avatar on the list.
Click on that and in the middle of the page is Upload Avatar with Browse to the right and click on that.
From there click on the image you want then click on Change Avatar.
